NACPT offers two postgraduate diploma programs in the disciplines of Biotechnology and clinical research. The two pharmaceutical programs offered are Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Advanced Diploma, Pharmaceutical & Bio Pharmaceutical Clinical Research. The syllabus of each of the above pharmaceutical programs covers the latest developments in the respective streams and is designed to enhance the knowledge and skill set of the students undertaking it. The other major priorities include developing research skills and preparing the students to meet industry standards.

The Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Advanced Diploma covers a wide range of subjects such as pharmaceutical and biotechnological skill development in QA, QC, R&D, formulation, technology transfer, validation, and regulatory affairs. Pharmaceutical & BioPharmaceutical Clinical Research covers a wide range of subjects like Regulations and Standards in Clinical Research, Quality Assurance, Clinical Trial Monitoring, Development of Protocols and SOPs, Privacy, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Devices, Clinical Data Management and Biostatistics, Project Management and Pharmacovigilance.

NACPT pharmaceutical training programs maintain a healthy balance between academics and practicals to provide students with a wholesome academic experience. Additionally, students are prepared to meet industry standards through intensive training, industrial workshops, guest speaker sessions, and project work in the biotechnology diploma and the quality control programs.
