The Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) Training Program is weeks of comprehensive course designed to support everyone in pursuing employment opportunities in the growing Child Care sector. The program includes ECA 12 weeks of skill training and optional work placements in the childcare field. It is offered both online and in person, providing flexibility for participants.
Throughout the program, you will work closely with experienced instructors and childcare staff who are experts in the field. This hands-on experience ensures that you gain practical knowledge and relevant skills to excel in your roles as Early Childhood Assistants.
ECAs assist in planning, organizing and implementing programs for children between the ages of infancy and 12 years. Early Childhood Assistants provide care for infants and preschool to school-age children under the guidance of Early Childhood Educators.
