NACPT PHARMA COLLEGE
Founded in 2009 by Validation Scientist Rathi Paramasamy, NACPT Pharma College was created with a mission to combine vocational training with a simulated industrial environment. This innovative approach equips students with the practical, hands-on skills required to succeed in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, cannabis, business, IT, finance, hospitality, tourism, and related technology sectors.
Registered under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, NACPT is widely recognized as a leader in cannabis education. It was the first institution in Canada to receive approval for a cannabis-focused post-secondary diploma under this Act. NACPT has also earned the prestigious Best Cultivation Educator Award from the Grow-Up Conference and Expo, establishing the college among top North American institutions for cannabis training. In addition, NACPT itself received the “Outstanding Healthcare Graduate” Award from Ontario Career Colleges (OCC), a testament to the institution’s excellence, impact, and commitment to high-quality education.

There was a huge training demand for adequately trained software developers in North America due to the shortage of skills workers. NACPT created its first postgraduate IT diploma program with all current skills requirements such as Full Stack, Artificial Intelligence, Native Cloud Development, and etc.

NACPT represented Canadian career colleges in the world educational conference hosted by the National Association of Career Colleges (NACC) held in New Delhi, India.

International Students Worldwide
NACPT was designated by Citizenship of Immigration (CIC) as a designated learning institution to recruit international students worldwide. So far, NACPT has welcomed students from the USA, UK, Dubai, India, Africa, and Italy.

- Worked with Ontario Works to launch a unique skill training program called industrial clean, safe sanitization. It helped many Ontario Work clients to get back to the workforce within industrial sectors.

The Validation Scientist, Rathi Paramasamy, founded and established the NACPT Pharma College corp., under the PCC Act 2005, Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities (MTCU).
Industrial Pharmaceutical and Bio-pharmaceutical Modern Technology
NACPT Pharma College becomes the first private career college to offer a unique post-graduate diploma program in Industrial Pharmaceutical and Bio-pharmaceutical Modern Technology, which covers the skills set in both pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors in QA, QC, Validation, Formulation, Technology Transfer, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Research.
