I recently completed the Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) program at NACPT Pharma College, and it was a wonderful learning experience. The program provided a strong foundation in child development, health and safety, observation skills, and play-based learning. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help students succeed. I completed my internship at Cambridge Leaf Montessori School in Scarborough, which gave me valuable hands-on experience working with young children. It was incredibly rewarding to interact with and support such wonderful children, and I truly cherish the moments I shared with them throughout my placement. I particularly appreciated the practical approach to learning, which helped me build confidence and develop the skills needed to work effectively in childcare settings. The flexible learning options and career guidance were also very helpful. I highly recommend the ECA program at NACPT Pharma College to anyone interested in pursuing a rewarding career in the childcare sector. The training is comprehensive, practical, and well-designed to prepare students for real-world childcare environments.
