The Cannabis Plant Science Certificate is a one-day intensive training program that provides a foundational understanding of the cannabis plant, its therapeutic benefits, and its biological functions. This course explores the plant’s potential in treating various medical conditions, its legal availability for therapeutic use, and the mechanisms by which cannabinoids interact with the human endocannabinoid system. This course includes seven detailed modules. The curriculum begins with the exploration of cannabis’s therapeutic properties and the medical conditions it may help treat. It then addresses the legal framework for the medical use of cannabis, how cannabis interacts with the human body, and the scientific principles behind plant growth and development.
